PURPOSE
Every session and plan is tailored to where you are, who you are being, your beliefs, and your style of learning and embodying information. Ultimately, the goal of my services is to help you connect to who you truly are; who you are created to be (by Source/God/Spirit, etc). I work with you to change/re-direct/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, identify and clear limiting beliefs, and dissolve roadblocks. I trust that everything you need is already within you, and part of my role is to help bring this knowing to your awareness.
PROCESS
As an intuitive guide, my work is grounded in deep self-remembrance, with a holistic approach. We assess and re-program your conditioning so that you are using your subconscious to your advantage. I help you look within yourself to (re)discover your truth and to live in the experience of constant awareness of that truth. I guide you on the path; provide you with tools; offer support; and hold sacred space for your journey. I work with you on the operating system beneath your consciousness. Helping you to be able to understand, work with, change, and utilize this portion of your operating system; a major key to creating intentional and sustainable change in your life.

One-off talk sessions to help you get through… Are you feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? Lost? Unsure of where to start? Hopeless? A ‘persistent’ blah? Like you’re in a loop you can’t seem to escape? Unmotivated? Off? Ready for a change in your life?
There is constant change occurring for us in the different areas of our lives, and sometimes we require an intentional moment, to gain perspective, dive into some deep reflective listening, and be inspired towards our innate knowing. Clarity sessions are grounded in explorations of the psyche and transmutation of energy. It is an intimate process catered to your current moment, with practices and exercises to support your clarity and lead you to a state of flow. Through this offering, you can expect a shift in perspective, a clear plan, support, and guidance.
You can use this session to brainstorm, create a plan, organize your ideas, talk something through, or understand what’s creating a block/heaviness within your energy field. Whatever the end goal is, if you’re looking for clarity, this is the space. These one-off (single) sessions are meant to get you back into your natural flow and on an aligned path. Every session is unique to the moment and to who you are when receiving the session. These sessions are offered to support your journey and help you return to a state of ease.
